Cairns Cooler Cocktail

An asian inspired tropical mocktail, that can be turned into a Painkiller Cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Pineapple Juice
  • 60ml Orange Juice Fresh is best.
  • 30ml Coconut Cream
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 0.25 cup Ice
  • 45ml Dark Rum (Optional for non-mocktail)
  • 45ml Coconut Rum (Optional for non-mocktail)

Steps

    Layer
    Pour ingredients one after the other into a glass. Add optional alcohol such as Dark rum or Coconut rum to make non-mocktail.

    Top with ice.

    Serve
    Serve in a Highball glass.
