Ingredients
- 1 Wholemeal Wrap
- 75g Lamb Fillets Sliced
- 0.25 Red Onion Sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 5 Kalamata Olives Pitted and halved
- 20g Fetta Cheese (Dodoni) Crumbled
- 0.5 cup Rocket Leaves

Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (fan forced).

Prepare wrap
Lay the wrap on a baking tray and spread over the tomato paste.

Pre-Brown lamb (optional)
Pre-brown the Lamb in a pan and slice lamb thinly after browning each side.

Top pizza
Top the wrap with Feta, Olives, Oregano, Garlic, Red Onion, and Lamb. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Add Rocket
Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with Rocket and serve.
