Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 30g Spinach
- 1 slice Bread
- To taste Avocado
- 2tbsp Hollandaise Store purchased

Cook
In a small pan on low heat, cook the egg for 4 minutes. Turn pan off and turn egg extremely over easy to keep some softness.

Toast
While the egg is cooking, toast the bread to a standard brown.

Serve
Smear the Avocado on the Toast. Add the Spinach, the Egg, and pour over the Hollandaise.
