Bacon and Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 100g Shortcut Bacon
  • 2 Egg
  • 4 English Muffin Halved
  • 2 Cheese Sliced
  • 0.5 Tomato Sliced, optional extra
  • To taste Tomato Sauce

Steps

    Cook
    Heat a pan to medium. Add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes, turning. Add the egg and cook sunny side over easy for 3 minutes.

    Toast
    Whilst the bacon and egg is cooking, toast the muffins in a standard toaster to a medium brown.

    Prepare
    Cut the tomato. On the toasted Muffins add the Tomato Sauce on the top layer.

    Combine to Serve
    Once the bacon and egg is cooked, remove from pan and layer on the Muffin: Tomato, Bacon, Cheese, Egg.
