Cheese and Bacon Muffins

Ingredients

  • 250g Cheese Grated
  • 3 rashers Bacon Finely chopped
  • 2 Cups Self Raising Flour
  • 1.5 Cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chives Snipped
  • 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper Optional

    Sift
    Sift Flour and Pepper together.

    Combine
    Combine greated Cheese, Chives, and Bacon bits with the Flour. Keep some cheese for using as toppings.

    Dough
    Add Milk to Flour mixture and stir to a doughy consistency.

    Prepare
    Spoon mixture evenly into muffin trays.

    Top
    Sprinkle the remaining Chees on top of mixture.

    Bake
    Pre-heat an oven to 180 degrees celcius and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until raised and browned.
