Ingredients
0.75 cup Milk
1 Egg
2 tsp Sugar
0.25 cup 1A Sugar (Caramel)
1 tbsp Water (Caramel)
1 cup Ice Cream (Optional)
0.5 cup Cream (Optional)

Preheat
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Grease a piedish.

Prepare Caramel
Dissolve Sugar in Water in a small saucepan, then boil without stirring until mixture is a pale amber colour. Immediately pour into pie dish, coating the sides.

Beat, Combine and Pour
Beat Eggs and Sugar lightly. Warm Milk and stir into Egg and Sugar. Pour into pie dish.

Bake
Stand pie dish in water-bath and bake at 190 degrees celsius for 30-45 minutes until set.
