Bacon and Eggs Big Breakfast

Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 75g Bacon Can use streaky bacon
- 50g Mushroom Quartered
- 0.5 Tomato Wedged, optional
- 50g Spinach Optional
- 1 Bread Toasted
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- To Taste Butter

Prepare
Cut all the ingredients to be ready and heat a pan to medium-high.

Cook
Add the Mushroom and Tomato to the pan and heavily season, cook for 2 minutes. Add the Bacon and cook for 5 minutes.

Cook Additional Items
To the pan, add the egg and spinach. Cook the egg over easy for 3 minutes.

Toast
If having Toast, while the Egg is cooking, toast the Bread to a medium brown. Butter for taste.

Serve
Once all items are cooked, remove from the pan onto a serving plate. Add the toast to the side.
