Ingredients
- 1 Egg Separated
- 1 tbsp Plain Flour Sifted
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 0.5 cup Cheese Grated
- 2 pinches Breadcrumbs
- 1 Cup Green Salad (Optional) Tossed

Butter Sauce
Make a basic melted butter sauce. Melt butter.

Stir
Add Flour, stir over heat for 30 seconds.

Thicken
Add Milk, return to stove and heat until thick. Stir continually.

Cheese
Add Cheese and stir until melted. Remove from stove.

Separate
Separate egg white and yolk, place yolk into sauce and stir in.

Whip and Fold
Whipp egg white to full foam and gently fold into sauce.

Pour
Pour into a greased Souffle dish which has been sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Bake
Bake in a moderate oven around 160 degrees celsius for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve while hot with accompanying tossed green salad.
